  10. This program is contained in all of
  11. the recent editions of PowerPlay
  12. and Commodore Microcomputers
  13. Magazines.
  14.  
  15.  
  16.   MAGAZINE ENTRY PROGRAM is a
  17.  
  18. machine language program to assist
  19.  
  20. you in typing in listings from POWER
  21.  
  22. PLAY and Microcomputers magazine.
  23.  
  24. To use the 128 version of the program
  25.  
  26. press the reset button on the side of
  27.  
  28. your C-128.  After a few seconds, a
  29.  
  30. menu will appear and you can select
  31.  
  32. the 128 Magazine Entry program from
  33.  
  34. the menu.
  35.  
  36.  
  37. After the program has installed itself
  38.  
  39. in memory (this takes a few minutes),
  40.  
  41. the program will tell you everything
  42.  
  43. is OK.  Then type SYS 4864 <cr> and
  44.  
  45. you are ready to start typing.
  46.  
  47.  
  48.   This program will help prevent most
  49.  
  50. 'typos' that occur when typing in
  51.  
  52. listings.  The key is the apostrophe
  53.  
  54. and the four letters that follow it.
  55.  
  56. This is a code that says what should
  57.  
  58. be on the program line.  If there is
  59.  
  60. something wrong with the line you
  61.  
  62. type (misspelling, extra characters,
  63.  
  64. etc.), an error message will be
  65.  
  66. printed out.  Remember that you MUST
  67.  
  68. enter the five characters at the end
  69.  
  70. of the program line!  You will get an
  71.  
  72. error message if you try to enter a
  73.  
  74. program line without those 5
  75.  
  76. characters.

  83. you, there's no need for you to run
